This page explains what personal information RisTed trading community collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message.
• When you place an order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and what you ordered. Card payments are handled by the payment provider; we do not see or store your card details.
• Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical information our web host keeps to run the website safely, such as your IP address and browser type.

Why we use it

Only to answer your questions, process and deliver your orders, and to keep the website working and secure. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

Our website host stores the website and its emails. Payment and delivery companies receive what they need to complete your order. A map on this website is loaded from Google Maps, and Google may set cookies when it loads.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as tax and accounting laws require for orders.

Cookies

This website only uses the cookies it needs to work, for example to remember what is in your cart. Embedded content such as maps may set their own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do this, email us at drobeoibsoshe2027@gmail.com. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (odpc.go.ke).
